Simply Spaces does not keep a second calendar you have to maintain. It connects to your Simply360 team, reads the spaces, events, and people you already manage, and pushes booking requests back through the rules you already set.
Changes arrive on their own
When a record changes in Simply360, Simply Spaces is notified instantly over a signed webhook and refreshes the full picture. No nightly imports, no stale maps.
Your collections, your fields
You choose which collections represent spaces, events, and people, and which fields carry names, times, and capacity. Buildings and floors come from your own grouping.
Requests go through your rules
Booking channels are configured in Simply360: who can book, when, with what buffers and pricing. Simply Spaces checks availability there before anything is written.
Bookings are records, not emails
A submitted request becomes a real Simply360 record with space, time, requester, and status. Approve, deny, edit, or cancel it with your normal tools, reports, and automations.
Boundaries you can explain to IT
Public IDs only — internal identifiers never leave the platform. Webhooks are signature-verified, share links are tokenized, and constituent access is verified by sign-in.
